In this whimsical tale, brought to you by the same creative team behind the hits Anastasia, Ragtime, and Schoolhouse Rock, The Cat in the Hat will take us on a musical journey full of heartwarming moments and fun. We’ll team up with JoJo—a thinking Who child—and compassionate Horton the Elephant as they learn how to harmoniously resolve their conundrums, which could be finding love and acceptance or saving the universe!  We’ll encounter other beloved Dr. Seuss characters, including Gertrude McFuzz, Lazy Mayzie, General Genghis Kahn Schmitz, as well as The Grinch and the rest of the Whos in Whoville, in a fantastical story woven with lively adventure, quirky mischief, inspiring life lessons, and a variety of musical styles, including Latin, Pop, Funk, and R&B.
